01Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions apply to all users of the CW77 platform, including the website at cw77.onl and the CW77 mobile application. Accessing, registering on or using any part of the CW77 platform constitutes your acceptance of these terms.

If you are accessing CW77 on behalf of someone else or are in any way uncertain about whether these terms apply to you, please contact support before proceeding. Continued use of the platform after any update to these terms constitutes acceptance of the updated version.

CW77 reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via a notice on the platform or by email to registered users. The date of the most recent revision is shown at the top of this page.

02Eligibility

To register and use CW77 you must meet all of the following requirements:

• You must be at least 18 years of age at the time of registration.
• You must be a natural person — corporate or business accounts are not permitted.
• You must not be self-excluded from any gaming platform or be subject to any order restricting your ability to participate in online gaming.
• You must be registering voluntarily and for personal entertainment purposes only.
• You must not be acting on behalf of another person or processing transactions on behalf of a third party.

CW77 does not make any representation regarding the legality of its services in any specific jurisdiction. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that using the CW77 platform is lawful in your location before registering.

03Account Registration

Registration on CW77 requires you to provide accurate, complete and current information. This includes your full name, date of birth, mobile number or email address and any other details requested during the registration process.

• Only one account per person is permitted. Operating multiple accounts is considered fraud and will result in all accounts being closed.
• Only one account per household or shared device is recommended. Shared household accounts that appear fraudulent may be reviewed.
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your username and password. Do not share your login credentials with anyone.
• CW77 will never contact you asking for your password by any channel.
• If you believe your account has been accessed without your authorisation, contact CW77 support immediately via live chat.
• Account details can be updated by contacting support. Some changes may require identity verification.

CW77 reserves the right to request KYC (Know Your Customer) documents at any time, including before processing withdrawals. This may include a copy of your CNIC, proof of address or payment method verification. Accounts that cannot be verified may be restricted or closed.

04Deposits

All deposits on CW77 are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The following payment methods are currently supported: JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, bank transfer, debit or credit cards and compatible mobile wallets.

• Deposits must be made from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted.
• Minimum deposit amounts are displayed in the cashier section and are subject to the selected payment method.
• Processing times vary by method. JazzCash and Easypaisa deposits are typically credited within minutes. Bank transfer timings depend on the sending bank.
• CW77 does not charge a fee for deposits, but your payment provider may apply their own charges.
• If a deposit does not credit your account within the expected timeframe, contact support with the transaction reference.

05Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed in PKR to your verified payment method. CW77 aims to process withdrawal requests promptly, with JazzCash and Easypaisa withdrawals typically processed the same day for verified accounts.

• Withdrawals can only be made to a payment method in your own name and previously used for a deposit, or otherwise verified by CW77.
• Minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts are displayed in the cashier section.
• KYC verification must be complete before a withdrawal can be processed. Accounts with incomplete verification may have withdrawals held pending document submission.
• If an active bonus balance is present, the rollover requirement must be met before withdrawal of bonus-derived winnings is possible. Check the Promotions section for the applicable terms of any accepted bonus.
• CW77 reserves the right to carry out additional security checks on withdrawal requests, which may include requesting documentation.
• Withdrawal requests that trigger fraud or money laundering concerns will be placed on hold pending investigation.

If a withdrawal is declined, support will advise you of the reason and any steps required to resolve the issue.

06Bonuses and Promotions

CW77 offers various promotions including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers and other time-limited deals. All bonuses are opt-in and subject to individual promotion terms, which are displayed in the Promotions section before you accept any offer.

• Bonuses are credited to a separate bonus balance. Real money funds are always used for betting before bonus funds.
• Every bonus is subject to a wagering requirement. This specifies how many times the bonus amount (or bonus plus deposit amount) must be wagered before it can be withdrawn. The specific requirement for each promotion is stated in the offer terms.
• Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Game contribution percentages are specified in the applicable promotion terms. Live casino games are frequently excluded or contribute at a reduced rate.
• Bonus funds and any winnings derived from them cannot be withdrawn until the wagering requirement is fully met.
• Bonuses have an expiry period. Unused bonus funds and unmet wagering requirements will be forfeited once the promotion expires.
• Bonuses are for personal use only and cannot be transferred between accounts.
• CW77 reserves the right to cancel a bonus if there is evidence of bonus abuse, collusion or breach of these terms.
• Only one welcome bonus is available per player. You cannot claim a welcome bonus on a second account.

07Games and Betting Rules

CW77 provides access to a range of games sourced from third-party providers including slots, live casino, fish games, table games and sports betting. Individual game rules are governed by the relevant game provider's rules, which are accessible within each game.

• Once a bet is confirmed and accepted, it cannot be cancelled or altered.
• In the event of a technical failure during a game round, the outcome will be resolved in accordance with the game provider's stated procedures. CW77 is not liable for errors caused by third-party provider systems.
• Minimum and maximum bet limits apply and are displayed within the game interface.
• For sports betting, CW77 reserves the right to void bets in the event of an obvious pricing error, data feed failure or market irregularity.
• CW77 reserves the right to limit bet sizes for individual players at its discretion.
• Results generated by live casino games are determined by physical outcomes observed in real time by the live dealer. Results generated by online slots and other RNG-based games are determined by certified random number generators.

08Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the CW77 platform and will result in account suspension, cancellation of any pending withdrawals and possible legal action:

• Registering more than one account for the same person.
• Providing false, inaccurate or misleading information at any stage.
• Using another person's account or payment details with or without their consent.
• Depositing or wagering funds derived from illegal activity.
• Using automated software, bots, AI tools or scripts to access or interact with the platform.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes or exploit bonuses.
• Abusing the bonus or promotions system in any way.
• Attempting to hack, scrape, reverse engineer or otherwise interfere with the platform's systems.
• Engaging in money laundering or processing transactions on behalf of third parties.
• Any behaviour that disrupts the service for other users.

CW77 cooperates with relevant authorities in investigating financial crimes and will provide account and transaction data where legally required to do so.

09Account Suspension and Closure

CW77 reserves the right to suspend, restrict or close any account at any time and without prior notice for any of the following reasons:

• Breach of any section of these Terms and Conditions.
• Suspected fraud, money laundering or other illegal activity.
• Failure to complete identity verification within the required period.
• Chargebacks or disputed transactions initiated by the account holder.
• Requests from law enforcement or regulatory authorities.
• Voluntary closure request by the account holder.

Where an account is closed due to a breach of terms, CW77 reserves the right to withhold any remaining balance pending investigation. Where an account is closed at the player's request with no outstanding issues, the remaining verified balance will be returned to the player's verified payment method.

10Privacy and Data

CW77 collects and processes personal data as described in the Privacy Policy, available at /privacy-policy. By registering on CW77 you consent to the collection and use of your data as described in that policy.

CW77 uses your data to manage your account, process transactions, verify your identity, communicate with you about your account and, where you have opted in, to send you promotional communications.

CW77 does not sell your personal data to unaffiliated third parties. Data may be shared with payment processors, identity verification services and relevant authorities where required by law.

11Limitation of Liability

CW77 provides the platform on an "as is" basis and does not guarantee that it will always be available, uninterrupted, error-free or free from security vulnerabilities.

• CW77 is not liable for losses arising from network outages, technical failures or service interruptions outside of CW77's direct control.
• CW77 is not liable for losses arising from a player's own failure to comply with these terms.
• CW77 is not liable for losses arising from bets placed on games or markets where the player was aware or should have been aware of a pricing or data error.
• CW77 is not responsible for any losses arising from the use of the platform by an unauthorised third party who accessed the platform using the account holder's login credentials.

Nothing in these terms limits CW77's liability for fraud, gross negligence or any liability that cannot be excluded by law.

12Responsible Gaming

CW77 is committed to promoting responsible gaming and providing tools that help players stay in control of their gaming activity. Gaming should be approached as a form of entertainment with a defined budget — never as a way to earn income or recover financial losses.

• Deposit limits can be set from your account settings. Once set, a limit reduction takes effect immediately. A limit increase requires a waiting period.
• Session reminders can be activated to alert you after a defined period of continuous play.
• Self-exclusion allows you to suspend access to your account for a defined period. During self-exclusion, you will not receive any promotional communications.
